Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any of our crawls. By accessing our website or joining any of our experiences, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking partners.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Prices listed are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific crawl you book.
Each crawl's individual cancellation terms, including deadlines for refunds or rescheduling, are outlined on the respective booking page.
It is the participant’s responsibility to review and understand the specific cancellation policy applicable to the crawl before completing a booking.
Unless otherwise stated, no-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
If Crawl NYC cancels a crawl for any reason (e.g., weather, low attendance, safety concerns), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

3. Changes or Cancellations by Crawl NYC

Crawl NYC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a crawl due to weather, safety concerns, low attendance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

4. Participant Requirements

Participants must be at least 21 years old to join crawls that involve alcohol (e.g., Nightlife Crawls). Valid government-issued ID may be required.
You are responsible for ensuring you meet any physical requirements for the crawl, such as walking for extended periods.
Crawl NYC reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unfit to safely participate, without refund.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
Crawl NYC is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property during any crawl.
Participants are advised to have personal insurance coverage.

6. Behavior and Conduct

We ask that all guests respect fellow participants, hosts, venues, and communities we visit.
Crawl NYC reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

7. Media Release

During crawls, we may take photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify us in writing before the crawl.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and experiences (logos, photos, descriptions) are the property of Crawl NYC. They may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
