Full Refund: Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. No Refund: Cancellations attempted to be made within 24 hours of the tour's start time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule once at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the tour, or within 24 hours of the start time, subject to availability. Special Circumstances: In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen major events that could impact the safety of guests, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded in full at our discretion.
